- The thickened diamond particles are permanently brazed to the cutting edge. Provide high efficiency, fast and smooth cutting, but also ensure longer working life. 40Cr has good low temperature impact toughness and low notch sensitivity, and good cutting performance.
- The serrated diamond drill bit increases the sharpness and opening speed. Sharper and more durable than ordinary diamond hole saws, especially suitable for thick glass openings. Metal surface painting provides oxidation and corrosion resistance. Universal Tri-flat (triangular) shank provide tighter clamping and precise drilling and is more stable than round shank.
- Widely used for cutting accurate holes on glass, ceramic, porcelain, tile, limestone, slate, marble, light stone and fiberglass. Not suitable for drilling tempered glass, plastic and wood.
- Use wet or dry, use with coolant (water) for better cuts and longer life. Work with ordinary hand drill and angle grinder. The angle grinder needs to be equipped with a conversion chuck (NOT included). Not suited for use on concrete or for depths beyond about 1/2″.
- Notice: The recommended speed is above 2600mpr/m. Start your hole diagonally, make a round trace and then hold drill straight. Use at low drill speeds and drill pressure. The smaller the force, the less likely it is to slip.
