Description
500pcs Metal Film Resistor Assortment Kit 1.2 Ohm – 1M Ohm, 50 Values 1/2W 5% Tolerance for DIY Projects Experiments sale in uk
Metal film fixed resistors are cylindrical axial resistors with a thin metal layer as the resistive element on a non-conducting body. They are used when a high tolerance or more accurate value is needed in a circuit, also used for bridge circuits, filter circuits, and low-noise analog signal circuits.

Packing List: 500 x Metal Film Resistors (10pcs for Each Value)
Advantage:
Wide operating range, long-term stability, low tolerance, low noise, and low-temperature coefficient of resistance i.e. the resistance does not change quickly with a change in temperature.
Instruction:
Resistors are non-polar, meaning they don’t have a direction: you don’t have to worry about putting it in ‘backward’ because they work the same either way. Always read resistors from left to right.
Notice:
Metal film resistors are unsuitable for applications that expose them to surge transients. While resistors don’t have their polarity they will typically be part of a circuit that does, thanks to other components like capacitors.
